Our typical service fee is $100. Businesses pay $150. This gets us to your location and up to 3 hours of diagnostic/repair service. If more time is needed at a residence, we offer you the choice of having us leave with your equipment and return with it repaired for a $25 fee (this does not include the cost of parts) or to reschedule another visit (up to 3 hours) at a later date for the $100 service fee. Businesses can keep us on site up to 8 hours (if the tech has a free schedule) for $50hr after the first 3 hours. This option is not available to residential customers.
Why are you so cheap? Do you even know what you’re doing?
We’re highly trained, senior IT engineers from the corporate world! The owner worked at the corporate headquarters serving the upper 1500 executives of a 250,000 employee conglomerate. We know our stuff and know how to handle pressure. The reason we don’t charge $300 (yes this is a very typical price for 3 hours service) is because most calls don’t last 3 hours. We don’t have an office that is open to the public, this saves on insurance and very big on leasing. Our biggest expense besides staff is advertising. Business service cost more because they usually have multiple computers, require faster service and it covers higher insurance premiums that we pass on only to businesses and protect residential customers from paying. We would much rather build a very large customer base of happy customers who don’t regret using our services, than maintaining a small list of folks who can afford ongoing care at any cost.
If we can’t fix it right away and need to reschedule or take your equipment with us, for $10/day we will loan you a laptop in the meantime! (You almost always have your PC back the next day)

*If a visit can be avoided by answering a quick question on the phone, walking through a process over the phone or connecting remotely these options must first be exhausted.
**Abuse of this discount is not tolerated, if you cancel your service and then want to rejoin at a later time, the regular $100 service fee applies to your first visit in addition to the plan fee.
