The founder of Hotshot Techs has been the go-to computer guy for 14 years. This business was started purely out of boredom – about a year after his daughter was born, the remodel of his house was almost complete and there were no more major challenges on his plate. A few co-workers kept bringing up the idea of providing services to the public based on the number of requests for help received regularly.
“The name originates from days spent consulting. Often I would go into a business that was having some trouble and the problem would have stumped the internal guy and sometimes one or two ‘experts’. But after a thorough inspection and quick fix the problem would be handled.
